Performed heating maintenance on two heat pump systems. Checked all electrical, mechanical and performance of both systems. Both blower wheels have microbial growth on them. I informed the homeowner of what I found and presented options for cleaning them, but she declined repairs at this time. No other major issues were found, and both systems are operational at this time. See attached checklists for full tune-up details.
