I arrived to find the system off. I spoke to Amy about how the system had been performing. I went over the system and discovered that the drain line is clogged. I cleared the drain after speaking with Virginia about what she’d like to do with the system. I also checked the refrigerant pressures and rinsed out the outdoor unit. I followed up the drain clearing with 1.5 gallons of hot water, and everything drained properly. I made sure that the system came on and off at the thermostat. System is in working order at completion of appointment.
