We arrived to find the system off. We spoke to Mark about how the system had been performing. We made sure to clear the drain and also rinse out the outdoor unit. During our evaluation of the system, we found everything to be in good shape. All components are currently operating within the proper ranges. The refrigerant levels were in spec as well. We also did discuss having to install a condensate pump in case they continue to have drain issues in the future. We didn’t experience any with our visit, but it was discussed with Mark. No recommendations were made at this time. System is in working order at completion of service.
