Performed AC cool check. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. The air handler and blower wheel are clean. System sterilizers and air purifiers are operational. The filter was replaced with a customer supplied filter. The drain line was cleared and treated. Condenser fan motor and contactor are in good condition. Capacitor is within value. Refrigerant charge is within spec. Condenser coil was cleaned. Customer chose to renew maintenance agreement. The system was running at the time of departure.
