System sterilizers are operational. The blower wheel and evaporator coil are also clean. The wiring is tight and in good condition. The condenser fan motor is in good condition. Condenser capacitor is within value. The contractor is also in good condition. Condenser coil was cleaned. The refrigerant charge is within range and is cooling at ten degrees of sub cooling. The system was running at the time of departure.
