Performed heater tune-up on a Carrier gas furnace system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the unit. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain line. Replaced return air filters with client supplied filters. I did find the blower motor capacitor is below value. No other issues were found. All surge protection devices are working. The system is operational at this time.
