Performed semiannual maintenance on one cooling system. Inspected all Performance, Mechanical and Safety Systems. Verified everything was operating within the manufacture’s specifications for operation. Indoor system drain line cleared and treated. Cleared drain and removed all water from primary and secondary drain pans. Outside condenser refrigerant pressures are within range and condenser cleaned. No other major issues found and the system was running at time of departure.
