Performed cooling maintenance on one straight cool system. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance of the system. Cleared and treated the drain line and washed the outdoor coil. The media filter was not very dirty and the customer chose to leave it as it is. No major issues were found. System is operational at this time. See attached checklist for full tune-up details.
