Upon arrival, the homeowner stated that he noticed his thermostat will continue to run in cooling, 2-3 degrees below the set temperature. Performed the cooling maintenance. Checked all electrical, mechanical, safety and performance of the system. Cleared and treated the drain line and washed the outdoor coil. Customer supplied filter for replacement. I cycled the thermostat multiple times to try to recreate the issue, but the system ran fine each time. No major issues found.
