On arrival, I found that the system was shut off and interior house temp reached 83°. I set the thermostat to cool mode and allowed system to run while checking over operations. I found the condenser coil was dirty which was causing poor heat transfer of the refrigerant. I also noted that the breaker that services the package unit in the panel was oversized for the system. Currently installed is a 50amp breaker, and the package unit requires a max breaker size of 35amps. Did test and verify all other electrical and mechanical components were operating within manufacturer specifications for operation. Did note ducting is restricted in size for the 3 ton unit. System was operating at a .95inWC, with a max rating of .50inWC per manufacture guidelines. Returned same day to complete repairs. Disassembled the outdoor package unit, split stacked coils and cleaned with condenser coil cleaning. Rinsed coils clean and clear, and assembled unit back together. Installed proper size breaker at
