Service diagnostic found that the primary drain line was clogged. It looks like the threaded PVC union came loose and started to leak in the closet. I spoke with the homeowner and he chose to have the drain line cleaned. I cleared, flushed and treated the drain line and verified it is draining outside. After cleaning the drain line, I function tested the system and it is now operational.
