Diagnosed that the float switch in the secondary drain pan was tripped due to water. After clearing the drain and emptying the pan I turned the system on. I then found that the system was not getting voltage from the thermostat. I checked voltage from the board and the thermostat and power was not sending a signal to run the system in cool. I tested the system by jumping to the y wire. System ran with no issues. I then presented customer with options to replace the thermostat, but they declined.
