Performed cooling maintenance on two heat pump systems. Checked all electrical, mechanical and performance of the systems. Filters are clean. I cleared and treated both drain lines and washed both outdoor coils. I did find that the outdoor condenser fan motor on the east side of the house is showing signs of overheating. I informed the customer, but she declined repairs at this time. No other major issues were found. All surge protectors and UV lights are working. Both systems are operational at this time.
