Performed AC cool check on two systems. Both systems have spots of mold/mildew in the air handlers. I wiped down the spots to clean what mold I could see but without disassembling and cleaning, I am not able to get it all. Both blower wheels are also dirty. Drain lines were cleared and treated. Condenser fan motors are in good condition. Condenser coils clean. Condenser capacitors are within value. Both systems are running at 10 degrees of sub cooling. Batteries for the Honeywell thermostat were replaced. Carrier thermostat was set to have the backlight off when not in use. No other major issues found. See attached checklists for full tune-up details. Options to clean the blower wheels were presented to Mariana but she declined the repairs at this time. Both systems were running at the time of departure.
