Performed cooling maintenance on two straight cool systems. Checked all electrical, mechanical and performance of both systems. Cleared and treated the drain lines and washed both outdoor coils. Customer supplied filters for replacement. The customer stated that she felt the upstairs and her master bedroom were more humid than the rest of the house. Her thermostat was on a schedule for blower fan to turn on for 15 minutes every hour. I removed the fan schedule and set it to auto. I also set her thermostat to overcool by 2 degrees to decrease humidity levels. I informed her of the changes I made and asked her to give us a call if the problem continues. Refrigerant levels on both systems are good. No major issues were found. Both systems are operational at this time.
