Service Call – No Cooling Client Complaint: Upon arrival, the client reported that the system temperature fluctuates and, at one point, was unable to maintain the set temperature. Diagnosis & Actions Taken: • Set the thermostat 10°F lower than the current setting to force system operation. • Performed full system check and Refrigerant pressure • Went to retrieve digital gauges for a more accurate reading. Upon return, noticed the condenser fan was not operating. • Inspected wiring and connections — checked Molex connector — issue traced to a faulty condenser fan motor. • Went to the shop to pick up a replacement condenser fan motor. • Replaced the condenser fan motor. • Checked capacitor, running amps of fan motor and compressor, and refrigerant charge. • Verified proper temperature split. Outcome: System is now operating properly and within manufacturer limits. Next Steps: This call is paused. Will follow up with the client later today to ensure the system continues to per
