Service Type: Demand Service – No Cooling Date: Aug 22 2025 System Info: 2013, 3.5 Ton Condenser Unit ⸻ Issue Reported: Upon arrival, the client reported that the system was unable to maintain set temperature during the peak heat of the day. Thermostat was set to cool at 77°F, with an indoor temperature reading of 80°F. ⸻ Diagnostics Performed: • Followed a sequence of elimination to diagnose issue. • Air Filter: Checked and found to be in good condition. • Electrical Components: • Checked capacitor, contactor, fan motor, and compressor. • Measured amperage and voltage. Findings: • The condenser fan motor was found to have visible oil marks around the housing, indicating wear. • Motor was pulling above the manufacturer’s rated amps, confirming the part was failing. • Other components showed signs of age but were still operational. ⸻ Recommendations & Client Approval: Discussed findings with client and recommended replacing the following original components for improved r
