Technician arrived and performed AC tuneup on 2 20-year-old r22 systems found both compressors to be over amping however, the downstairs compressor was 30 Amps over its rated limit and is having trouble starting, making a loud grinding noise when I pulled disconnect and put it back in, It didn’t start back the first time.
