The technician performed a friends and family club maintenance on a 19 year old air conditioner. I checked all of the motors, capacitors, monitored the refrigerant charge, temperature difference and washed out the condenser. I found that both of the valve cores were leaking and the blower motor capacitor was low, so I recommended replacement of the capacitor and the valve cores. The customer decided to go forward with the repairs. Everything else looks good here today.
