For this job, Customer signed up to win a new A/C system which includes a free A/C Maintenance tune up on a 23 year old system. Technicians checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technicians found the system has a bad condenser fan motor, The compressor capacitor is low, The Contactor switch is getting charred up, The indoor coil is super dirty, The blower motor capacitor is weak as well as the blower motor bearings are super loose.
