Unfortunately, my 30 year old Trans AC decided to give up the ghost, and do it on a hot, August weekend. But Chris was able to come out on a Friday afternoon, and make a technical appraisal of the situation, and then, run back to their shop and get a portable AC unit to keep me and my dog cool through the weekend; that was greatly appreciated, considering the crazy Friday afternoon traffic Chris had to fight, going from midtown Tulsa over to Jenks Oklahoma and back. The interesting thing about this situation, is that Innovative Air pros, when they had a different name, installed this unit 30 years. We definitely got excellent service out of our Trane AC/heating system. They already scheduled an appointment for the next morning, to come out and make an appraisal and bid on replacing the unit. It’s pretty good when some of the current staff, remember installing this piece of hardware. I will be looking forward to seeing the offerings on a replacement unit.
