03MAY2023 Jason B Arrived for two system summer service. Spoke with Jerry about his systems performance. Everything seems to be working fine we’ve ran the AC a couple times this season. Replaced all but 1 filter (14x24) I accidentally brought out a 14x25. Cycled equipment. Checked all amps, caps, blowers, and coils. Found north system run capacitor at 5.5 of 10. Inspected Heat pumps. All amps and caps within manufacture specs. Pressures good. With homeowner permission I replaced the bad capacitor. Washed condenser coils. Both systems are working properly at this time. Run cap reading 5.5/10 +\- 6% out of tolerance. New cap 10/10 3.4a
