Price is for the installation of a new Bradford White 40 gallon water heater and dispose of the old one. We will bring the new unit up to code. Price includes new expansion tank New shut off valve and water flex lines New drain pan New gas sediment trap and supply line New earthquake straps . After installation we turned on the water and checked for leaks. No leaks were found. We also fixed the ac condensation line underneath the bathroom sink. We upsized it to a 3/4 inch fitting and drain hose. After installation I ran water in the sink and checked for leaks. No leaks were found.
