Return visit for new customer Michael, will perform all work approved from initial whole house plumbing evaluation performed on 03/21/2024. Replaced pressure reducing valve, in hallway bathroom replaced toilet, drain assemblies and piping underneath. Replaced angle stops and supply lines, replaced toilet, replaced diverter cartridge and snaked bathtub drain. In master bathroom replaced toilet with new angle stop and supply line. Brought existing water heater up to code, elevated WH and installed enclosure to protect WH from the elements. In ADU pulled toilet and found failed repair to closet flange, closet flange sat below finished floor. Installed a spacer to bring flange higher, installed thick wax ring.
