I was called to repair a roof top heat pump from Alaskan AC. The heat pump was not cooling the house and the customer was concerned that the unit was broken. I arrived at the house and diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor. I replaced the compressor and the heat pump was working again. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
