Josh was here in less than 30 minutes, after I called, that is OUTSTANDING! He has serviced my unit in the past, so it is nice to have someone familiar with it, to continue to service it. Josh is very nice and listened to my explanation of the problem. I highly recommend him and Alaskan AC!
