your tech arrived as scheduled at first inspection he suggested it was the fan motor /fan I instructed him to replace them if he felt it was needed he suggested the cost and that is what Alaskan charged. my question is why did it take over 4 hours to replace these parts. because I am at my home in Regina I had a friend deal with the tech she sat in a hot house for the entire time please reply why it took 4 plus hours.
