I am a skilled professional that works for a Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating - Phoenix company. I recently completed an air conditioning service for a customer who had been experiencing issues with their system. The customer had noticed that their air conditioner was not cooling their home as effectively as it used to, and they had also been experiencing some strange noises coming from the unit. After inspecting the system, I determined that the condenser coil was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I cleaned the coil using a specialized cleaning solution and then reinstalled it in the system. I also checked the refrigerant levels and found that they were low, so I added more refrigerant to the system. After completing the service, the customer was very satisfied with the results. They said that their home was now cooling more effectively and that they were no longer experiencing any strange noises.
