Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the closet, servicing the whole home. Observed the indoor coil in fair condition. Checked and replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x20). Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located in the back yard. Observed the outdoor coil in fair condition. Electrical Components: Tested and confirmed proper operation within manufacturer specifications for: blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Components: Inspected and confirmed good working condition of: blower wheel, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork. Measurements & Adjustments: Measured a return air temperature of 69.0°F and a supply air temperature of 102.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan.
