I pay $400 a year for a support agreement that used to include replacing filters twice a year now you don’t include that but yet you still charge me $400 not cool

Today I performed a routine maintenance on your heat pump split system. I checked electrical connections on both the indoor and outdoor equipment, changed your air filters, flushed your drain line, checked the capacitor ratings, and then tested your system, and both heating and cooling mode. Your system is operating properly at this time.
Today, I arrived on site to perform winter maintenance on the HVAC equipment. Equipment Condition: * Overall condition is good. * Indoor unit located in the attic, functioning as an air handler for the whole home. * Outdoor unit is a heat pump situated on the side of the house. Filtration: * Checked and replaced pleated filters (20x20x5) today using customer-provided spare filters. Coil Condition: * Indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Outdoor coil was cleaned today and is also in good condition. Electrical Components: * Tested and inspected various electrical components including blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, and capacitors. * All components are working properly within manufacturer specifications. Inspections: * Blower wheel, electrical wires, primary and secondary drain pans are in good condition and functioning properly. * No components were found in poor condition. Temperature Readings: * Return air temperature measured at 73.0 degree
