Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Observed the indoor unit in fair condition, located in the closet. Replaced the pleated 1" filter (24x24x1). Observed the indoor coil in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Observed the outdoor unit in fair condition, located on the side of the house. Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all operating within manufacturer's specifications: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Blower Run Capacitor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Compressor Start Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring Inspected the following components, all found to be in good working order: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured Ductwork System Performance: Return air temperature measured at 71.0°F. Supply air temperature measured at 118.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Verified the drain line i
