Today I performed a winter time tune up on your Heat Pump equipment. Overall everything looks to be in fair condition. I started by checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed a return air temp of 80° while supply air was 127°F. Right where we want it. Outside I checked the operation of the compressor, condenser fan, their respective capacitor and the defrost board. Everything checked out and was within manufacturer specifications. I finished up by clearing the drain and treating the line with NuBrite dilution. Thank you for choosing
