Today I performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looked to be in fair condition. Starting with the difference I temperature between supply and return air. I observed a supply of 155°F while return air was 67°F. Right where we want it. The filter was clean and did not need to be changed. Outside I checked the operation of the compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. I finished up clearing the drain with the wet vac and treating the assembly with Viper drain treatment. Thank you for choosing
