Checked pleated 1" filter. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located on side of house, condition rated as fair. Cleaned outdoor coil. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation of blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, and compressor. Tested and confirmed blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, and contactor are functioning within specifications. Confirmed electrical wiring is working properly. System Components (Inspected and Working): Confirmed blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires secured, and ductwork are in good condition.
