Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance: **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Confirmed the air handler is located in the attic. * Observed the indoor coil is in good condition. * Replaced the pleated 20x20 air filter. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Verified the heat pump is located on the side of the building. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring within manufacturer specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel and primary drain pan; both are in good condition and working properly. **Temperature Readings:** * Measured the return air temperature at 75.0 degrees Fahrenheit. * Measured the supply air temperature at 110.0 degrees Fahrenheit. **Overall:** * The overall equipment condition is good.
