Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Determined the unit services the upstairs area. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition and clean. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (18x18x1). **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in good condition and clean. * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, electrical wiring, and electric heat strip kit safeties. **System Components:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. * Cleaned out the secondary and primary drain pans. * Cleared the drain line and tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Additional Actions:** * Dus
