Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Replaced the 16x20x4 pleated filter. Customer requested additional filters for a charge. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Tested and inspected the following electrical components; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Blower Run Capacitor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Compressor Start Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring Inspected the following components; all are in good condition and working properly: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Secondary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured Ductwork System Performance: Return air temperature measured at 69.0°F. Supply air temperature measured at 100.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. C
