Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time tune up on your system, confirming it's currently working properly. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic/Garage):** * Replaced the 18x18x1 antimicrobial filter using the customer's spare filters. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring; all are working within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, heat exchanger, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good working condition. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped.
