Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Observed the overall condition as fair. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter with a spare the customer provided. * The filter size was (7) 12x12x1. * Determined the indoor coil condition as fair and clean. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Determined the outdoor coil condition as fair and clean. * Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all working within manufacturer's specifications: * Blower Motor * Heat Strip Kit * Condenser Fan Motor * Compressor * Compressor Run Capacitor * Fan Run Capacitor * Contactor * Electrical Wiring * Inspected the following components and found them in good working order: * Blower Wheel * Primary Drain Pan * Electrical Wires Secured * Ductwork **System Performance:** * Return air temperature measured 72
