Today I arrived on site to perform service and maintenance. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Observed the indoor coil to be in good condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (size 12x12 20x20). The customer has spare filters. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of Building):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in good condition. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, compressor, condenser fan motor, contactor, and electrical wiring within manufacturer specifications. **System Components (Inspected and Working):** * Confirmed the blower wheel and primary drain pan are in good condition and working properly. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 65.0°F and a supply air temperature of 100.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch.
