Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Replaced the pleated 16x20 filter on the east side air handler. * Observed the indoor coil to be in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in good condition. * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Confirmed the blower wheel and primary drain pan are in good working order. * Cleaned out the condensate pump and confirmed the drain line is properly strapped. * Measured a return air temperature of 72.0°F and a supply air temperature of 109.0°F. * Dusted and tested the thermostat's operation.
