Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Confirmed the indoor unit is a package unit located inside the whole home. * Checked the pleated 1" filter; the customer has spare filters and will replace it themselves. * The filter size is 14x20x1. * Verified the indoor coil is in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Package Unit):** * Confirmed the outdoor unit is a package unit located at the back of the building. * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **Component Inspection:** * Inspected and confirmed the blower wheel, burners, and primary drain pan are in good condition and working properly. **System Checks:** * Return air temperature: 73.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 118.0°F. *
