Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Verified the unit's overall condition as good. * Confirmed filter size as 20x30 12x12. * Checked the pleated 1" filter; customer will replace it with their own spare filters. * Observed the indoor coil is in good condition. * Inspected the blower wheel and primary drain pan; both are working properly. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working within manufacturer's specifications. **System Performance:** * Measured return air temperature at 76.0°F and supply air temperature at 123.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch; it's functioning correctly. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. * Dust
