Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler, Garage):** * Verified overall equipment condition as good. * Replaced the pleated 20x20x4 air filter. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. * Inspected the blower wheel and primary drain pan; both are working properly. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump, Side of House):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working within manufacturer's specifications. **System Checks:** * Return air temperature: 70.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 121.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Verified the drain line is strapped. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted and tested the thermostat's operation.
