Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the closet, condition of the indoor coil is fair. * Replaced the 20x20x4 pleated filter with a spare provided by the customer. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located in the back yard, condition of the outdoor coil is good. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's recommended specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Meas
