Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the crawl space, servicing the north side area. * Indoor coil condition: Good. * Customer will provide and replace their own 12x24x1 pleated filter. * Return air temperature: 70.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located in the back yard. * Outdoor coil condition: Good. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are all working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components (Inspected and in Good Condition):** * Blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the saf
