Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Confirmed the air handler is located in the closet and services the whole home. * Replaced the existing filter with the customer's spare pleated 1" filter (size: (2) 14x20x1). * Observed the indoor coil is in good, clean condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Verified the heat pump is located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil is in good, clean condition. **Electrical Components (Tested & Inspected - Working Properly):** * Confirmed proper operation and manufacturer-specified amperage for: blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, electrical wiring, and electric heat strip kit safeties. **Components (Inspected - Good Condition):** * Verified the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork
