Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Crawl Space):** * Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (size N/A). * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, electrical wiring, and electric heat strip kit safeties; all are working properly within manufacturer's recommended specifications and amperages. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires (secured), and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Measurements and Adjustments:** * Return air temperature: 71.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. * Supply air temperature: 115.0
