Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic/Garage): Checked the 20x20x4 pleated filter and noted its condition. Inspected the indoor coil and noted its condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Inspected the outdoor coil, cleaned it, and noted its condition. Electrical Components: Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. System Components: Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. Confirmed the condensate drain line is strapped. Cleared the drain line and tested the safety switch. Measurements: Measured the return air temperature at 72.0°F and the suppl
