Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Furnace in Attic Closet): Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. Noted filter size as 20x25. Customer will provide their own filters. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool in Back Yard): Observed the outdoor unit to be in fair condition. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation of the blower motor, inducer draft motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, electrical wiring, and furnace control board. System Components (Inspected and Working): Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, ductwork, burners, exhaust flue, and heat exchanger are in good condition and working properly.
